1. DIGITAL PRODUCT LICENSE

All digital products sold by Success Savvy are licensed, not sold.

Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license for personal or internal business use only.

You ARE permitted to:

• Use the product for your own personal or business purposes  
• Download, save, and print copies for your own use  
• Edit or customize templates for your own projects (when applicable)  
• Use the product repeatedly within your own workflow  

You ARE NOT permitted to:

• Share, resell, distribute, or give away the product  
• Upload the product to public websites, forums, or groups  
• Claim the product as your own creation  
• Repackage or resell any part of the product  
• Use the product to create competing products  
• Transfer or gift the product license to another person  

Each purchase grants a license for one user only, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2. REFUND POLICY – DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Due to the instant-access and downloadable nature of digital products, all sales are final.

Once a product has been purchased and delivered electronically, refunds, returns, or exchanges cannot be provided.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are purchasing a digital, non-tangible item  
• You understand there are no refunds after access is granted  
• Payment disputes or chargebacks violate these Terms of Use

Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we will make every reasonable effort to resolve legitimate technical problems.

3. DELIVERY OF DIGITAL PRODUCTS

All Success Savvy digital products are delivered electronically via download link or email immediately after purchase.

It is your responsibility to:

• Download and save your files after purchase  
• Maintain backups of your files  

Success Savvy is not responsible for:

• Lost or deleted files  
• Incorrect email addresses entered at checkout  
• Device failure or user error  

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All digital products, including but not limited to templates, text, designs, layouts, graphics, photos, guides, and materials, are the exclusive intellectual property of Success Savvy.

Unauthorized copying, sharing, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Copyright remains with Success Savvy at all times.

 

5. EDUCATIONAL & INFORMATIONAL PURPOSE

All guides, templates, playbooks, trackers, and resources are provided for educational and informational purposes only.

Results are not guaranteed. You are solely responsible for how you use and implement the materials provided.

Success Savvy is not liable for any outcomes, losses, or results that occur from the use of our products.
